ArcMap Tutorial

After saving my progress on my ArcMap tutorial lab, I reopened it on a later date and came across a red exclamation mark by "Parcel_sel". As a result of the mark, my Land Use graph, on the left, became blank. I received directions from Jida on how to get rid of the mark and correct the graph but I was unable to do so.
